Automotive Education Specialist (Driving Licence Required)

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in our training programme. Due to COVID-related test centre backlogs, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction. Over the past 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand. Additionally, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months.

Now is an excellent time to become a driving instructor. Are you reliable, punctual, patient, and possess good customer service skills? Do you enjoy working with new people? If yes, this could be the right career for you. We have recruited individuals from various industries, including:

• Driving (HGV, delivery, van, LGV, bus drivers)
• Finance (managers, accountants, analysts, supervisors, directors)
• IT (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering, development)
• Health (care assistants, managers, trainers, doctors, nurses)
• Education (teachers, teaching assistants, admin staff, lecturers)

Full training is provided, conducted locally whenever possible. Our pass rates are well above industry average, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
• Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
