Job summary

Expleo is a global engineering, technology and consulting organisation partnering with leading automotive manufacturers. We are seeking experienced Dimensional Systems Engineers to join our team on a contract basis in Wolverhampton, supporting a major OEM programme and ensuring best in class dimensional quality from concept through launch.

In this role you will own the Dimensional Quality lifecycle—from feasibility and measurement strategy to tolerancing, tooling alignment and dimensional

Qualifications

• Strong background in Dimensional Engineering, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in GD&T, CATIA V6, tolerance analysis and measurement systems.
• Experience with BIW, closures or automotive assembly systems.
• Problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and support onsite build phases.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the Dimensional Quality lifecycle—from feasibility to dimensional maturation for new vehicle programmes.
• Cover measurement strategy, tolerancing and tooling alignment to ensure best-in-class dimensional quality.
