Customer Service Technician required to provide telephone, e-mail and video support to global customers.
Required Skills:
- OEM Automotive or Motorsport industry experience with vehicle data analysis, vehicle testing or telemetry data.
- Customer service experience.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of vehicle data acquisition techniques.
- Familiarity with vehicle CAN and GPS technologies.
- Testing experience.
- Electronics knowledge.
