Bodyshop Administrator / Automotive Customer Service Advisor – Northampton

£28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus

Large Vehicle repair centre – Permanent Position, Monday to Friday - No Weekends

Responsibilities
  • As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Administrator, you'll play a key role as the first point of contact for customers - ensuring they receive a first-class experience from start to finish.
  • Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
  • Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
  • Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
  • Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
  • Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding vehicle repairs
  • Prepare job packs
  • Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
  • Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and ensure all customer complaints are brought to the attention of the Bodyshop Manager
  • Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems
Experience Required
  • Automotive Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator experience is preferred
  • You must have an excellent customer focused service background, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Ideally you will have worked in a Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer focused role
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers
  • Use of Autoflow or similar would be an advantage
