Automotive Corporate Sales Trainer: C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company specializing in helping automotive dealerships increase sales, market share, and reduce costs per acquisition. We are currently hiring for an Automotive Corporate Sales Trainer to expand our team and support our growing client base.

Who We're Looking For: Automotive Corporate Sales Trainer

We seek a trainer to maximize our sales team's effectiveness through developing and implementing industry-focused training programs, facilitating training sessions, and conducting coaching. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive industry knowledge and sales training experience, capable of coaching and providing real-time feedback to enhance communication of our digital marketing solutions to automotive dealers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on coaching and performance feedback
  • Identifying skill gaps and developing training opportunities
  • Teaching and coaching in-person and virtually
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on training projects

A typical day involves:

  • Managing onboarding and certification for new hires
  • Overseeing sales calls and developing sales skills
  • Creating training materials and facilitating prospecting exercises
  • Providing updates to leadership on performance and training needs

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in sales training and facilitation
  • Experience with CRM and automotive sales
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Compensation starts at $70,000 annually, negotiable based on experience. We offer flexible work arrangements (office, remote, hybrid), benefits, and career development opportunities.
