Requirements

Experience of car sales is essential – as well as a genuine desire to provide a first class customer experience. Our client is ready to reward the very best with training, recognition and development. You will have experience of managing a substantial used car operation in either a franchise dealership or professionally run used car operation. You will also be used to dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries and ensuring your team deals with them in a speedy and high quality manner.

Additional Requirements

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a call centre, or similar making outbound calls and have a "customer first" mindset. If you are a confident and organised individual and have the ability to quickly engage with customers, you will be successful in this role.
