Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager in Aberystwyth to lead both front-of-house and workshop operations, driving sales, customer service, and efficient workshop throughput.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar automotive management role
• Strong commercial mindset with experience working towards sales and performance targets
• Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Knowledge of automotive health and safety requirements
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver consistent results
• Drive sales performance and maximise customer conversion opportunities
• Manage the daily operation of the centre across customer-facing and workshop departments
• Allocate jobs efficiently to ensure maximum workshop productivity
• Maintain effective stock control and accurate stock management processes
• Ensure workshop equipment is maintained and operated safely
• Uphold high standards of customer service, health and safety, and operational compliance
• Take responsibility for the security of stock, equipment, and centre assets
