Job summary

Protyre Autocare is seeking a commercially minded Centre Manager to join our expanding team. You will lead and motivate staff, drive sales performance, and deliver training where needed to maximise customer conversions and depot operations.

The role requires proven Centre Management or Assistant Centre Manager experience in the automotive sector, a full UK driving licence, and strong health & safety knowledge to oversee daily activities and ensure secure stock control.

Qualifications

Experience as Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager in automotive industry.
Proven sales leadership and team management experience.
Full UK Driving Licence, driving ability to meet role requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the team and drive sales.
Provide training to the team when necessary.
Maximise customer conversion rate with phone techniques and callbacks.
Lead the operation and daily running of the depot.
Maintain branch security, stock, assets, and takings.
Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery.
Ensure equipment and machinery is maintained and serviced regularly.
