Alliance Automotive Group UK is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch manager in maximizing sales while delivering first-class customer service. The successful candidate will have automotive industry experience or progression from a Motor Factor Parts Advisor and will motivate a team to hit sales targets.

You will drive performance, manage stock and costs, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in automotive industry as an Assistant Branch Manager or as a Motor Factor Parts Advisor seeking progression.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience with using online and Windows-based cataloguing systems.

• Achieve branch sales, margin and targets.
• Ensure first-class service to all customers.
• Drive the branch team focusing on great customer service and communication.
• Drive the branch team to achieve sales and promotional targets.
• Manage and control branch and running costs.
• Manage stock control, including stock taking and adjustments.
• Manage cash handling and control of specific customer accounts.
• Support senior management in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Communicate to your team key aims and objectives.
• Oversee daily running of the branch and health and safety within the depot.
