Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch manager in driving sales and delivering excellent service to customers. You will lead frontline staff, manage stock and costs, and help the branch achieve promotional targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive a culture of customer focus and teamwork, while maintaining strong financial controls and health & safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
• Experience delivering first-class customer service.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication across all levels.
• Knowledge of stock control and stock taking.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales, margin and targets.
• Ensure a first-class service to all customers.
• Drive the branch team to meet sales and promotional targets.
• Manage branch running costs and stock control.
• Oversee cash handling and customer accounts.
• Support senior management with policies and procedures.
• Ensure health and safety within the depot.
• Lead from the front to create a team environment.
