Compensation

  • Weekly Pay ($18 - $25 based on experience)
  • Monday through Friday
  • Full-time hours 8-5

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full estimating and repair process, ensuring quality repairs are made. Write concise and accurate estimates.
  • Coordinate all check-ins and deliveries.
  • Review process with customer.
  • Complete all repair orders and obtain proper authorization.
  • Provide complete and correct listing of all necessary parts for ordering related to a repair.
  • Check-in vehicle upon drop-off from customer.
  • Prepare and ensure completion of proper paperwork for customer packet. Provide communication including all vehicle repair statuses.

Qualifications:

  • Document all communication with customers in the system.
  • Manage total loss administration.
  • Perform final quality check on finished vehicles.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Strong auto collision industry experience required.
  • Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Able to communicate effectively both in-person, orally, and through written correspondence and presentations with candidates, employees, managers, and leadership.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity.
