Job summary

Cardiff and Vale College is recruiting Automotive Assessors to join our Work-Based Learning team in Cardiff. Two full-time roles and one 0.8 FTE position will manage around 45 apprentices, supporting them with workplace assessment, reviews and ongoing development across Light Vehicle and/or Heavy Vehicle disciplines.

You will liaise with employers to ensure assessment practices meet awarding requirements and contribute to learners’ literacy, numeracy and digital skills while promoting high

• Experience in workplace assessment and learner support.
• Ability to monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
