Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Antenna Systems for a role based at a customer site in Bicester. You will own the vehicle antenna system architecture and performance across GPS/GNSS, DAB, FM/AM, and SXM, coordinating with infotainment, telematics, EMC, and vehicle teams, and managing Tier-1 suppliers.

You will lead DFMEA and DVP&R activities, ensure compliance with OEM targets, and guide RF design and validation across vehicle programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with automotive antenna systems: GPS/GNSS, DAB, FM/AM, SXM.
• Hands-on RF knowledge and system-level understanding in an OEM setting.
• Proven DFMEA and DVP&R ownership across development stages.

Responsibilities

• Own vehicle antenna system architecture across multiple platforms and programs.
• Define system requirements and performance targets for GPS/GNSS, DAB, FM/AM, SXM.
• Lead DFMEA and DVP&R activities; approve validation results and supplier designs.
• Collaborate with infotainment, telematics, EMC, and body engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional technical leadership.
