Adient in Liverpool is seeking an Engineer Advanced Quality to lead quality deliverables for New Model launches. You will work with the SDT and JIT teams to ensure all PPAP, PSW approvals and customer requirements are met.

The role requires 4+ years in automotive quality, fluent English, and travel willingness. You will coordinate cross-functional activities and drive continuous improvement across the production process.

Competenze

• BSc/BEng degree or equivalent experience.
• Education in quality disciplines including IATF16949.
• Continuous improvement tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, DOE, SPC.
• Minimum 4 years in the Automotive Industry; 2 years in Quality.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Ensure Advanced Quality requirements for New Model Launches per Adient PLUS.
• Validate gauging, data, and IMDS across BOM items for PPAP.
• Lead SDT communications and deliverables to ensure Customer PSW and PPAP approvals.
• Coordinate customer documentation for each Build Phase with JIT resources.
• Drive quality issues resolution using Adient problem solving methods (8D, PSD, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Adient BOS, IATF16949, and customer requirements.
