Job Description

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in our training programme who will be hitting the roads shortly. There is currently a record number of learner drivers needing teaching due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19. In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand. Additionally, over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months.

If you answered yes to all the above, then this could be the new career for you. Anyone can become a Driving Instructor. We have recently recruited people from industries such as:

• Driving (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
• Finance (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
• IT (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering, development)
• Health (care assistant, care manager, trainers, doctors, nurses)
• Education (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, lecturer)

Full training is provided, conducted as locally as possible. Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.

Minimum criteria to apply:

• Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
• Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
