Job summary

GCS is seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager to lead quality across a large-scale transformation with six Agile teams in London. You’ll own the test strategy, define BDD test cases with Engineering and QA, lead bug triage, and coordinate cross-team testing to support release readiness.

You will work in a Hybrid setup, shaping quality across a complex programme while collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivering governance for releases.
