Job summary

You’ll use Scala, Databricks and Agile Scrum within cross-functional teams to validate data transformations, extend test frameworks and champion quality across services, mentoring others as needed.

Qualifications

• Good experience in creating, maintaining and peer reviewing test automation code, preferably in Scala.
• Back-end, data testing or ETL testing experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of software testing best practices and CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated tests using existing frameworks and extend them as needed.
• Validate data quality and test data transformations.
• Contribute testing expertise to agile ceremonies and report risks and outcomes.
• Support testing guild standards, metrics and use of test tools.
