We are seeking a skilled Automation Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the technical aspects of automation initiatives in the data center industry. • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee automation systems, software tools, and technology deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align capabilities with project goals.
  • Ensure automation solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Drive innovation and best practices in automation workflows.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong technical background in automation, engineering, or IT, with experience in data center environments.
  • Proven project management expertise, preferably in automation or tech sectors.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, software, and frameworks (PLCs, SCADA, Networks).
  • Understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and scalability challenges.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel expected around 25%, possibly more as the business evolves.

We operate with No Ego and No Arrogance. We support each other, value strengths, respect weaknesses, and seek to create a joyful work environment. Our work is rewarded with a competitive compensation package, including health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave benefits exceeding local expectations.

Throughout the year, being part of the Vantage team offers numerous benefits, recognition, training, and development opportunities, and the knowledge that your contributions add value to the company and community.

If you believe you are the right person for the position, even if you don't meet all requirements, please apply. We are eager to connect with individuals who resonate with our mission and values.
