Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a pioneering technology company that builds immersive digital experiences and cloud streaming platforms. You will help ensure a massive production application runs flawlessly across VR, mobile, and PC via cloud streaming, by automating workflows and strengthening CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with runtime and operations to improve reliability, reduce toil, and accelerate development cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in building and operating CI/CD, build, release, and cloud deployment pipelines at scale.
• Extensive experience operating cloud services and server-side fleets in production, with reliability focus.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted developer tooling or agents for code generation or repair.
• Experience detecting broken builds and tracing failures to root-cause changes.
• Proficiency in production monitoring, crash triage, and incident response for large-scale apps.
• Track record of reducing operational and on-call load through automation.
• Experience completing complex infrastructure migrations without disrupting CI/CD.
• Solid software engineering experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation to keep a large-scale production app healthy, including release pipelines and crash triage.
• Enhance and operate an AI-assisted code repair system that lands fixes automatically.
• Develop tooling to detect broken builds and identify root-cause changes.
• Monitor production quality metrics and respond to regressions and outages.
• Reduce on-call burden through automation aiming for significant downtime reductions.
• Execute infrastructure migrations to keep CI/CD pipelines functional as upstream deps change.
