Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Long Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production, drive continuous improvement and work on NPI, tooling, automation and process optimisation. The role offers established teams, training opportunities and a strong reputation within a global manufacturing context.

The candidate will impact production equipment installations, SOP/BOM creation and lean manufacturing projects, with an electrical bias and exposure to automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, Process Engineer ideally within an automated manufacturing environment.
• Time served with an electrical bias
• Experience with lean manufacturing processes
• Experience with Solidworks drawings and CNC are desirable but training can be provided if not

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support, drive continuous improvement, NPI and the installation/optimisation of production equipment, including ABB robotics
• Creating SOP's and BOM's as part of the engineering process
• Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm, 12:30 finish on Fridays
