We are seeking a talented and motivated Production & Manufacturing Engineer Team Lead to join a busy and dynamic technology company based near Luton.

This role would suit a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, NPI Engineer or Manufacturing Process Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving manufacturing processes and leading the introduction of new products into production.
Working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams, you will play a key role in ensuring products move smoothly from design into manufacture, while driving continuous improvements in quality, efficiency and reliability.
