Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Control Testing Automation & Monitoring Lead to design and deliver automated control testing and monitoring solutions across IT, OT, and business environments. You will work with the Control Testing & Assurance Manager, digital teams, and key stakeholders to automate control testing and implement continuous monitoring that supports risk and compliance objectives.

Experience in control testing automation or related assurance activities.
Strong risk management knowledge and control frameworks.
Ability to measure, monitor, and report control effectiveness.
Experience with IT, OT, and cloud platforms.
Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate control testing across IT, OT, and business functions.
Design and implement automation plans and workflows for continuous monitoring.
Evaluate tooling for control testing automation.
Collaborate with digital teams to establish data acquisition processes.
Maintain documentation for automation workflows and exception handling.
Escalate issues and risks to the Control Testing & Assurance Manager.
Support the continuous improvement of the control testing programme through automation.
