1. Requirements Gathering:

• Engage with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for Power Apps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

2. Feasibility Assessment:

• Automation Feasibility: Assess the feasibility of full automation versus semi-automation for the proposed solutions.

3. Requirements Discussion:

• Developer Collaboration: Discuss the gathered requirements with developers to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.

4. Timeline and Prioritization:

• Timeline Assessment: Evaluate the timeline for project completion, considering business criticality.
• Prioritisation: Prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency.

5. Sprint Planning:

• Plan Sprints: Conduct sprint planning sessions to organize and schedule development tasks.

6. Business Communication:

• Keep Stakeholders Informed: Regularly update business stakeholders on project timelines and progress.

7. Business as Usual (BAU):

• Issue Management: Manage and resolve any issues or escalations that arise.
• Fix Planning: Prioritize and plan fixes for any identified problems.

8. Technical Understanding:

• PowerApps experience - Canvas and Model-Driven Apps: Gain a thorough understanding of both canvas apps and model-driven apps.
• Security and Integration: Understand security settings and integrations with various data sources.

9. UI/UX Development:

• Design Implementation: Develop and implement UI/UX designs to enhance the overall user experience.
