Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead with a solid background in managing large QA teams and driving digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both manual and automated testing, with hands-on experience in Selenium, Appium, and API testing. Additionally, a strong understanding of QA processes, including BDD/TDD and continuous improvement strategies, is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage large QA teams.
2. Develop and implement effective automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, and API testing tools.
3. Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
5. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the QA team.
6. Contribute to cloud migration and modernization projects.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing.

Proven expertise in leading large-scale QA teams.

Experience in cloud migration and modernization initiatives is a plus.
