A unique and exciting opportunity for a Lead Automation Engineer to launch an established business into the UK. You will start as the sole UK-based Engineer with EU & International support, developing software for blue-chip customers in the FMCG sector and actively developing the business.

We welcome candidates with sector contacts, sales, or team management experience. This is an excellent opportunity to shape and grow an established business in the UK market.
Experience with batch process automation and PCS7 or PlantPax is ESSENTIAL. Join a €200M turnover business known for turnkey solutions and word-of-mouth success.
The role starts as a home-based position, with plans for an office in the South West, West Midlands, or North West, depending on the candidate's location. Flexibility for 20-30% international travel and initial travel to EU & China for training is required.
Once settled, you will have the opportunity to recruit and train additional Control Engineers to build your team. This is a rapidly growing and successful business.
