A unique and exciting opportunity for a Lead Automation Engineer to launch an established business into the UK market. You will start as the sole UK-based Engineer with support from EU & international teams, developing software for blue-chip customers in the FMCG sector and actively developing the business.

We welcome candidates with sector contacts, sales, or team management experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape and grow an established business in the UK.
Experience with batch process automation and either PCS7 or PlantPax is ESSENTIAL for consideration. You will join a €200M turnover business known for turnkey solutions and word-of-mouth success.
The position starts as a home-based role with plans for an office in the South West, West Midlands, or North West, depending on the candidate's location. Flexibility for c20-30% international travel, including travel to the EU & China for training, is required.
Once settled, you will have the opportunity to recruit and train additional Control Engineers to build your team. The business is rapidly growing and highly successful.
