The group employs over 1,300 people with 16 sales offices in the UK, and the Republic of Ireland, plus European teams in France, Belgium and the Netherlands and internationally in Cape Town, Hong Kong, China, India and the UAE.

We are looking for

A Automation Key Account Manager to ensure top-notch performance and customer care for Corby Warehouse key accounts, meeting clients’ needs on time and in full while balancing Europa Worldwide’s goals and profitability. Success in this role comes through close collaboration with site leadership and management, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with operational teams to reduce costs, optimise service, and maximise profitability for both clients and Europa.
  • Build strong relationships with key client contacts, becoming their trusted problem-solver.
  • Deeply understand the client’s business and industry and communicate their needs to ensure a unified approach.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for clients within Europa’s operations.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact, ensuring accurate pricing, modelling, and execution, while identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure the client’s voice is heard and advocate for their needs.
  • Hold the operation and clients accountable for meeting Service Level Agreements and commitments.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, driving accountability on both sides.
  • Prepare and lead monthly client meetings, presenting performance metrics, actions, and timelines.
  • Set and manage meeting schedules based on seasonal demands and new initiatives.
  • Protect Europa’s reputation by fostering trust and collaboration with clients.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive long-term success for Europa and its clients.
  • Foster a positive team culture, recognizing everyone’s contributions.
  • Take full ownership of responsibilities, remaining open and honest.
  • Continuously seek personal and team development opportunities.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, modelling, and financial processes, with experience identifying upselling opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of client industries, including market trends, operational dependencies, and financial landscapes.
  • Experience working closely with warehouse operational teams to optimise service delivery, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate client needs effectively within the business and foster a collaborative, unified approach.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives, holding teams accountable, and ensuring service levels are met.
  • Ability to prepare and lead structured client meetings, presenting performance data, key metrics, and actionable outcomes.
  • Naturally takes initiative, solves problems, and ensures clients’ needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Takes full ownership of responsibilities, ensuring commitments to clients are always upheld.
  • Adaptable and stays informed on emerging technologies and market trends, adapting to changing demands and opportunities.
  • Experience in client management, operations, or commercial roles (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, contract management, and service level agreements.
