Job summary
Newcastle Strategic Solutions Limited seeks an IT Service Improvement Engineer to transform IT Service Operations through automation, integration and continuous improvement. - Experience designing and implementing automation within IT operations.
- Experience with enterprise service management platforms and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring, event management and operational tooling.
- Experience in Service Desk, Infrastructure or Service Management environments.
