  3. Ensure development efforts are accurate, timely, and consistent, addressing blockers and escalating risks as needed.
  4. Lead regular check-ins with stakeholders to set expectations, identify at-risk dates, and devise risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Troubleshoot data and campaign issues through root cause analysis, defining improvement recommendations, and resolving escalations.
  6. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve existing processes or automate tasks to increase team efficiency.
  7. Stay updated with developing marketing system ecosystems and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

What you bring (experience & qualifications):

  5. Passion for marketing technology and supporting data-driven marketing and innovation.
  6. Hands-on problem solver with a strong technical background in solving business problems.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage time and deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
  8. Strong project management skills and experience in process improvement design and implementation.

Tech Stack: Marketo (MAP), Workato (IPaaS), Salesforce.com (CRM), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, OneTrust, Zoominfo, 6sense, Zoom, Jira, Brandmaker, REST API, and more.
