Overview

Automation & Endpoint Management Engineer in Europe. You will manage and enhance endpoint and automation systems for a rapidly growing digital entertainment platform. You will own Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, streamline onboarding, offboarding, and patch workflows, and integrate ITSM platforms with endpoint and identity systems. Working closely with technology and operations teams, you will ensure secure, efficient, and automated IT processes while supporting organizational scalability in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms.
  • Automate asset lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and patch management.
  • Integrate ITSM platforms with endpoint, identity, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with teams during planning sessions, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, reliability enhancements, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management or UEM platforms.
  • Proficiency in IT automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and asset management systems.
  • Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
