Qualifications

• Graduate with a tech or project-based degree and 1–2 years work experience
• General understanding of how technical solutions can be developed to benefit users
• Ability to solve problems through to completion and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Familiarity with a Cloud Computing Platform (Azure) and willingness to work in cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated data workflows across core systems (GitHub, Azure, Float, HubSpot, work trackers, revenue recognition and forecasting)
• Create workflow automations to save time and scale the business
• Leverage AI agents and tools in line with AI best practices and deliver real operational impact
• Support project teams with technical deliverables and client platform integrations
• Own data integrity, validation, and quality control for HR datasets and generate decision-ready insights
