An established industry player is seeking a passionate Automation Community of Practice Lead to drive transformation in Finance. Salary: circa £70,000 (National) - circa £85,000 (London)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Change professional to lead our Automation Community of Practice.
A bit about the job:
The Finance Automation Lead role will be responsible for defining our automation strategy. You will shape and lead a dedicated Community of Practice driving coordination across Aviva’s global Markets and Group Functions to identify transformation opportunities, support with solution design and report benefits to senior stakeholders.
The role will report to the Global Head of Aviva’s in house transformation team for Finance. You will need to be a self-starter to support Finance in defining and meeting its transformation objectives. The role will work closely with IT and Risk colleagues to deliver transformation outcomes and will be responsible for managing a dedicated team both in the UK and India.
The role will involve leading a team of change professionals and data engineers in the UK and Offshore to build and maintain automated solutions, from building ETL processes to delivering automated workflows and GenAI. Also essential will be defining best practice and ensuring any deployment delivers future-proofed Finance processes.
