Luxoft is seeking a Python-focused automation engineer to drive a strategic AWS-based automation program. You will partner with operations to map, design, and implement automated workflows that replace manual tasks in complex and spreadsheet-driven environments.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with business teams, and delivering observable, resilient automation across data pipelines and orchestration services on AWS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with Python automation.
• Experience building data pipelines and scripting for automation.
• Practitioner of deploying solutions on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, APIs).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of manual operational processes and automate them.
• Engage with operations teams to map workflows and requirements.
• Build production automation using Python, AWS Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Reduce operational risk and effort through resilient automation solutions.
