Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Automation Testers for a greenfield RPA implementation project. The role involves implementing test automation for an Automation Anywhere-powered quotation system. This is a hands-on position requiring broad test automation experience and the ability to work in an environment where processes are yet to be established.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and execute end-to-end test automation for RPA workflows
• Own System Testing, Performance Testing, and UAT phases
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to shape QA strategy
• Use various tools and frameworks to build robust test automation
• Provide QA coverage across parts of the finance transformation programme

Tech & Tools:

• RPA Platforms: Automation Anywhere (must), UiPath, Blue Prism
• Automation Tools: Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, TDD
• Performance Testing: JMeter or similar
• Others: Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools

Qualifications:

Proven experience testing RPA solutions, hands-on experience building automated test frameworks from scratch, versatile QA skills, strong communication, and ability to work independently. Experience with finance or quoting systems is a plus. German language skills are advantageous.
