Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in London is seeking an Automation & AI Analyst to design, develop and maintain automated legal templates and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with lawyers, knowledge professionals, Digital and IT to deliver practical technology across the firm.

You will design, build and support SharePoint, Power Automate (flow), Power Apps, Power BI and Contract Express solutions, and assist with AI platforms while ensuring compliant, efficient workflows and robust governance.

Formación

• 2 years' experience in a legal practice or professional services business.
• Have a "tech mindset".
• Grasp the workings of various technologies and use creative and analytical thinking to devise effective ways to utilise technology.
• Experience working with low/no code automation.
• Display readiness to swiftly adapt as technology progresses.
• Solid understanding of automation platforms and applied experience using platforms such as Contract Express or similar, as well as Microsoft 365 Power Tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong SharePoint skills.
• Experience with and/or a curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to prioritise.
• Ability to follow and manage deadlines, organise and prioritise tasks.
• High level of personal integrity, initiative, and collegiality with a demonstrated capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently communicate with other legal and business services professionals and clients.
• Ability to work effectively within an agile, activity-based environment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Automation & AI Analyst to join our Knowledge & Research team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London. In this role, you will help design, develop and maintain legal template automation, knowledge and AI-enabled solutions that support the firm's legal and business teams. You will work closely with lawyers, knowledge professionals, Digital, IT and external automation and AI vendors to deliver practical, effective technology solutions across the firm.
