ABCA Group in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Automatic Door, Roller Shutter & Fire Shutter Engineer to join our expanding team. You will install, service, maintain and repair automatic doors, roller shutters, fire shutters, gates and barrier systems across commercial and industrial sites.

Formación

• Experience with automatic doors, roller shutters or related systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Service, maintain and repair automatic doors, roller shutters and fire shutters.
• Fault find mechanical and electrical issues.
• Carry out installation and commissioning works.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Complete service and maintenance reports accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service on site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair automatic doors, roller shutters and fire shutters.
• Fault find mechanical and electrical issues.
• Carry out installation and commissioning works.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Complete service and maintenance reports accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service on site.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Previous experience with automatic doors, roller shutters, fire shutters, gates or barriers.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Desirable:

• ADSA Certification
• DHF Qualifications
• BS EN 16005 knowledge
• Experience working on fire-rated door and shutter systems
• Experience with access control, gates and barriers.
