Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd is seeking an Automatic Door Engineer to cover the Central Belt of Scotland. You will install and maintain a range of automatic door systems, diagnose faults, and attend call-outs across retail sites.

The role includes a clear progression path within a growing business, with a competitive package. The position offers a £40,000 basic salary with a realistic £55,000 OTE through overtime, a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, and ongoing training and development

Responsibilities

• Install automatic door systems (sliding, swing, bi-fold).
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and repair them.
• Attend reactive call-outs and breakdowns at retail sites.
• Ensure work complies with EN16005 safety standards.
