Job summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative at our Telford Dairy site, supporting a fast-paced food manufacturing and automated warehouse operation.

Key requirements include valid MHE licences (Counterbalance), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience using SAP/WMS or similar systems. The role offers 4 on 4 off shifts and a typical salary of £32,011 per annum with overtime; located at Telford Dairy.

Qualifications

• Valid MHE licences, including Counterbalance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with SAP, WMS or similar warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely in a high-volume food manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Use forklift equipment to move, store and supply materials.
• Ensure materials are available on time and scanned accurately.
• Maintain stock control, receipts, traceability and stock rotation.
• Utilise SAP, WMS or other systems for stock movements and visibility.
• Identify and minimise disruptions to operational performance.
• Troubleshoot warehouse systems and processes where needed.
• Work around high-speed machinery and automated processes.
• Maintain GMP, hygiene and audit standards in the warehouse.
• Share knowledge to support team capability and improvement.
