CV Screen is seeking an experienced Automated Test Analyst in Rugby to join a cloud-based software and consultancy business. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining automated testing solutions across functional and non-functional areas to ensure high-quality software releases.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of manual testing, 3+ years in automation with strong C# skills, plus experience with MS SQL/DynamoDB and AWS. Hybrid working available after probation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual testing and 3+ years automation experience, with strong C# skills and experience developing or maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong experience across frontend/backend testing, databases including MS SQL and DynamoDB, data validation, ETL and integration testing.
• Experience with AWS/serverless technologies and a good understanding of software releases, testing risks and QA best practice; ISTQB Foundation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust automated testing solutions across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing to ensure software quality.
• Analyse test results, identify risks and work closely with developers to resolve defects and underlying issues.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the Agile lifecycle, contributing to testing strategies and best practice.
• Help enhance testing frameworks and processes while supporting and mentoring junior QA team members.
