We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-respected and growing Chartered Surveyors firm located in the heart of Oxford.

We are seeking a professional and motivated AutoCAD Technician with experience in Architectural Building practices.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Production of 2D AutoCAD drawings.
2. Preparation and submission of planning and listed building applications via the Planning Portal.
3. Preparation of Building Regulation applications.
4. Developing detailed proposals for kitchen and bathroom layouts, sectional drawings, roof and masonry repair details, etc.
5. Occasional measured survey work.
6. Preparation of door, window, and ironmongery schedules using Excel spreadsheets.
