Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a renowned geocomposite company in Lisburn to hire a Junior / Graduate Civil Engineer with AutoCAD experience. The role focuses on producing drawings, quotes, proposals and BOMs while providing on‑the‑job training to progress to a fully qualified engineer.

You will work Monday to Thursday, 9am–5:30pm, with Friday finishing at 4:30pm. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 plus bonus, progression and 25 days holiday, plus ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Trainee or graduate civil engineer with AutoCAD experience.
• Producing drawings, quotes, proposals, and BOMs.
• Liaising with civil engineers; site visits monthly.
• On-the-job training and internal courses to develop to a full engineer.

Responsabilités

• Produce drawings using AutoCAD, generate quotes, proposals, and BOMs.
• Liaise with Civil Engineers; conduct site visits once a month.
• Ongoing training and development through shadowing Engineers in the office.
