The company is renowned throughout the industry among main contractors, builders, architects, and self-builders, earning a reputation for the quality of their products, service, and staff.

The ROLE

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Design Engineer to design, refine, and optimize products. The role involves working closely with sales and design teams to provide technical support for customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Design and Development
2. Create CAD models, drawings, and specifications
3. Process Optimization: improve design and production processes
4. Quality Assurance

The CANDIDATE

Our client seeks an enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Design Engineer with the ambition to build a career within a successful, expanding construction company. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in architectural, structural, or building engineering
• Strong CAD skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Team-oriented attitude
• Education in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering fields
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of CNC programming (helpful but not essential)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

• Grantham
