Location: Biggin Hill, Kent
Salary: Up to £38,000-£45,000

What You'll Be Doing
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll work at the heart of our fast-moving design and production team, taking ownership of multiple projects from concept to prototype:



  • Design mechanical systems and components using Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks

  • Create detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD

  • Build and assemble your own prototypes, gaining full understanding of the logistics and mechanics behind each design

  • Learn the ins and outs of the bespoke product lines used across entertainment, manufacturing, and creative sectors

  • Solve real-world challenges and adapt designs to meet evolving project needs

  • This is a hands-on, practical role where your contribution is seen, felt, and valued.


About You



  • You have a mechanical or design engineering background

  • You're confident working in Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD

  • You're hands-on-you enjoy physically assembling and testing your own designs

  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting priorities

  • You're naturally curious and excited to learn about bespoke systems and processes

  • Any exposure to sprockets, structural design, or mechanical assemblies is a bonus
