About the Role

We are looking for someone with experience working with cars, either professionally or as a hobby. Your enthusiasm for cars and your customer service skills will help you succeed in this role, where you will deliver high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by working on their vehicles in our car park, providing expert vehicle fitting services across car parts and technology.
• Carry out service and repair work, developing team members and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in car parts fitting and basic maintenance (e.g., bulbs, batteries).
• Ability to share expertise and deliver excellent customer service, ideally in retail or automotive environments.
• Proactive attitude towards helping customers.
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.
