Job summary

We Buy Any Car is seeking a Sales Executive to join the UK’s leading car-buying network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, performing car appraisals, negotiating prices and closing deals, while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires working 42.5 hours per week on a rotational 5 on, 2 off pattern with weekend work. A robust bonus scheme complements the base salary.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Able to work under pressure and independently (lone working).
• Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Capable of building lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars as part of the sales process and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to support sales activities.
