Job summary

Lookers Limited is recruiting a Sales Executive in Maidstone to join our on-site team. You will engage customers, present suitable new or used vehicles, arrange test drives and negotiate final sale prices while handling paperwork and cross-department coordination.

We value strong communication, customer focus, and ambition to hit targets. A full UK driving licence is required as you may drive vehicles on-site. Position is permanent, full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Full UK driving licence is required as you may be asked to drive some of the vehicles.
• Ambitious and target-driven with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
• Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
