We are seeking a full-time Auto Service Mechanic Manager with expertise in both gasoline and diesel vehicles to join our team in Salisbury, NC. The hourly rate for this position is $25-$28.

1. Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
2. Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and lube technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
3. Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
4. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
6. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
7. Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts as needed.
8. Potentially perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes when necessary.
