Job summary

First Military Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Auto Electrician for a permanent role in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. You'll work on vehicle-mounted electrical harnesses and controls, and interpret wiring diagrams. The role involves fault-finding, adhering to safety procedures, and completing production paperwork.

Strong team collaboration and the ability to work independently are valued. Salary £31,000–£35,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule, company pension, bonus schemes, and long service

Qualifications

• Capable of installing, modifying and fault-finding customised vehicle mounted electrical harnesses and controls.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
• Experience of wiring vehicles to a high standard.
• Experience in machine controls is desirable.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and on own initiative.
• A positive work ethic and ability to be responsive to a flexible workload.

Responsibilities

• Installing, modifying and fault-finding customised vehicle mounted electrical harnesses and controls.
• Ability to interpret, work to, and troubleshoot with electrical schematics.
• Work within the production environment and meet deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and all company guidelines are adhered to.
• Complete all relevant paperwork.
• Any other duties as required by the production manager to suit business needs.
• Maintain a clean and tidy works area.
