Job summary

E-ppl Ltd in Coventry is seeking skilled Auto Electricians for an outside IR35 contract on premium OEM automotive projects. You will perform complex electrical reworks, loom building, component installations, and fault-finding on new vehicle platforms including P/HEV and M/HEV systems.

Join a team delivering prototypes and high-volume reworks with premium OEM clients. Roles are on-site in Coventry with weekday day shifts and weekly pay, plus overtime at premium rates.

Qualifications

• Recognised auto electrical qualification certificate or equivalent
• NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds (or equivalent)
• Proven OEM/ automotive manufacturing or high-volume vehicle rework experience

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and modify complex vehicle wiring systems and harnesses to OEM specifications
• Read, interpret OEM wiring diagrams and build custom looms
• Perform electrical diagnostics, testing, fault-finding, and rectification on assembly vehicles
• Remove and refit interior/exterior trims and light mechanical components during electrical work
• Maintain high build standards and follow workshop safety policies

Education

Auto electrical qualification certificate, NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds (or equivalent)
