About the role:

As an Auto Electrical Specialist, you will provide expert technical support and exceptional service to our trade and specialist customers. You will collaborate closely with branch management and sales teams to help achieve sales targets and support inventory and warehouse operations. A strong technical knowledge of auto electrical systems and active participation in ongoing training are essential to succeed in this role.

  • Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers using their expert auto electrical knowledge
  • Build effective customer relationships
  • Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and specialist knowledge
  • Are committed to providing a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
  • Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
  • Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.

The successful applicant will:

  • Demonstrate prior auto electrical experience or strong knowledge in auto electrical systems and components
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
  • Be comfortable sharing technical information and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical customers
  • Be a natural problem solver who is solutions-focused with sound computer skills
  • Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
  • Be available to work and flexible to cover shifts on other days if requested
